WAY TO LIVE YOU HEALTHIER

Malaysian Health Ministry had launched Kempen Amalan Gaya Hidup Sihat. This campaign stress into practice 'prevent better than cure'.Elaborate healthy lifestyle habits that practicable by Malaysians.

1. Balanced diet
- food intake based on food pyramid
- prefer fibrous food intake spt vegetables and reduce fatty food and consisted of cholesterol high spt meat

2.Exercise & Recreation
- spend at least time 20 minutes per day, twice a week
- can smoothen blood flow, ensure cardiovascular health, avoid obesity with fat burning / calorie.

3. Evade from stres / pressure
- control kemaharan, emotion
- see counselor, guide friend,
- conduct spiritual activity, yoga, meditate

4. Periodic health examination
- conduct comprehensively at least health screening once a year to detect / diagnose disease
- get immunization that is complete cth: hepatitis, BCG, polio for baby and children.

5. Taking care of own cleanliness and environment
- ensure personal sanitary care, cth: bathe, wash hand with right means,
- do not share spt personal items toothbrush, bath towel, comb hair
- ensure in field and out house free from spreader medium spt garbage, water that is stagnant.

6. Prevent negative practice
- do not smoke, booze / alcohol, free sex, drug
- can cause various diseases like cancer, Aids, hepatitis, acute myocardial infarction.

7. Alternative treatment
- ayurvedha (Indian community treatment method), medical herbal, homeopathy, acupuncture, spa
- can eliminate stres, stretch muscle, cure various diseases, increase stamina.
